How your consultation enquiry works
What happens when you submit the form, where to find your reference, and why a preferred time still needs separate confirmation.
The consultation form helps you share your treatment interest, preferred date and contact details with this website’s management system.
Three steps, one enquiry
- Choose an online or in-person consultation, a treatment interest and a preferred time in China Standard Time.
- Enter your name, email, country or region and preferred contact method. Review the consent statement before submitting.
- After the enquiry is saved, you will see a reference beginning with EW and a summary of your preferences.
A reference is not an appointment confirmation
The management system records an enquiry for review. Your preferred date and calendar reminder remain tentative. No external clinic is contacted automatically.
Your device copy
The browser keeps a copy so you can review the preference. Removing the device copy does not delete an enquiry already submitted to the management system.
